Privacy policy
This site sets no cookie. It measures its audience if you accept, and processes the personal data you send through the diagnostic form. Here is what happens to it.

What we collect
Only when you send a diagnostic request.
- Your name, work email and company name.
- The description of the process: which process, its monthly volume and how it is handled today.
- In voice mode, the text of your dictation as you read and corrected it, and the structured brief shown to you. Never the audio: the site does not record your voice.
- The site language and the date of the request.
The site sets no cookie and uses no advertising pixel. Two preferences are stored in your browser, the chosen language and your answer on audience measurement, and they never leave it.
Why
To protect the form
To limit abuse of the voice mode, the service counts requests per IP address and per email over a twelve-hour window. It keeps only salted hashes, never the IP address in clear text (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
To measure the audience
If you accept, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views: URL, referrer, country, browser, device type. No cookie, no identifier kept beyond 24 hours, aggregated data only (consent, art. 6.1.a). You can refuse, nothing on the site changes.

Four technical providers, each for one specific task.

Dictation itself is handled by your browser, through its speech-recognition API. Depending on the browser, audio may be processed on its vendor's servers. SauronID never receives that audio, only the text you confirm.
For how long
Diagnostic requests are kept for [À COMPLÉTER], then deleted. Anti-abuse counters expire on their own after twelve hours.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by email to the address above. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
